Recovery Partition Full in Windows 7. Need help

Solved chkdsk on next start up
I have tried twice in the last month to schedule a chkdsk on restart only to see a dark screen with colored dashes at the very top of screen, why? also I cant do anything on the laptop unless I shut it down for 2 or 3 days to get it running again.

Very slow response in Windows Explorer
In drive S:\ I have a number of folders and subfolders. One of the subfolders holds about 20 image files, each about 35MB. When I point Windows Explorer to that folder it takes about 30 sec. for the results to be displayed. Meanwhile a green progress bar slowly creeps along the address window. Other subfolders in the same parent folder are not affected.

dwm.exe causes PC lag
Whenever i use a program or a website that's using flash player it reduces the whole PCs framerate to 15fps.
When i watch a video on Youtube, minimize the browser the PC still have 15fps on anything that i do.
Without the browser on i have 97fps in World of Warcraft.

Folders under /system with nusb3co.dll.mui
hi guys,
I just came across my system32 folder and noticed something odd, there's a handful of folders, 30 to be exact (see screencap) with this file inside nusb3co.dll.mui
I think it had to do to a SFC scan. I launched some time ago, but I couldn't be sure, they all have the same date...
any thoughts?

26gb of spaced lost after upgrade
Recently, I upgraded my hdd from 320 to 500gb. I made the mistake of installing aconis which did NOT properly clone the drive, but did create an error with the screensaver starting up. And this error was cloned over to the new drive when cloned with EaseUS Disk Copy. I am now unable to access the original drive cause I tried to find out why I have 10gb less space used then the original drive did....

desktop.ini files and ntuser.dat files
In certain locations on my pc I have installed desktop.ini files and within my the users section on the c drive I have 255 ntuser.dat files. Is it safe to delete both the ini and ntuser.dat files, coming from a novice user.

Boot stops for 2 minutes because of volmgr errors #45 and #46
Since a few days, I get the volmgr error 45 or 46 while booting, causing it to hold for 2 minutes. Which defeats the purpose of having installed Windows on an SSD.
Checked the values in the Registry Table and tried to disable the crash dump generation. No effect.

PC stuck in Startup repair loop
My PC became stuck in a startup repair loop 2 days ago and I have tried several things to fix it without a fresh install as I need the data on my SSD. Windows 7 Welcome screen takes too long
Hi, I've been experiencing problem with my windows 7 startup. When I log in, the welcome screen takes very long time (about 5 minutes) and when it finished loading, some autorun program didn't start and windows explorer opened itself for no reason. sfc scannow error/windows feature blank cant enable or disable anythin
1) I am unable to complete /sfc scannow option as it starts and then stops at 14%. I have attached sfcdetails.txt a log file from sfc scannow to this post.
2) Also I cant enable or disable windows features in control panel. All I get is a blank screen when features window opens.

optimising ram usage
since l removed the 8gb that seemed to be causing issues my ram usage seems to be higher than l expected. l have disabled a few services. but considering before my rebuild l was using under 30% l get closer to 50% and thats with just a few tabs on firefox open.

Weird random slow motion effect makes PC unusable
OK, so every few weeks, I get a problem where, often when I am watching TV (though that may be a red herring as I often have it on) , the sound becomes completely distorted, and if I try and move the mouse, the cursor will jump rather than move smoothly i.e. as if the framerate has gone down to 1/2 a frame per second.

Computer completely stripped for fuctions after update
