Acer Aspire 5742 Overheating issues

Hi there, I have the Acer Aspire 5742 series laptop and I am suffering from overheating issues - temperatures are staying around the 60C mark with just google chrome open, on idle it doesn't go below 50C, when doing anything intensive it goes up to 70C+, sometimes even 90C+.
